Noureddine El-Asri

About me

Hi there. I'm Noureddine El-Asri, a PhD student in cryptography at the LITIS laboratory, Rouen Normandy University. I'm working on symmetric cryptography under Valentin Suder¹ and Magali Bardet². I'm interested in applications of finite fields in cryptography, especially in odd characteristic. Below are some academic information about me.

Education

My studies after high school:

• 2019/2021: Classes Préparatoires Aux Grandes Écoles MPSI-MP (Lycée Vaugelas, Chambéry, France)

• 2021/2022: Bachelor in Mathematics and their applications (Avignon University, France).

• 2022/2023: Master 1 in Mathematics and their applications, speciality : Pure Mathematics (Aix-Marseille University, France.) Study Project (in french)

• 2023/2024: Master 2 Mathematics and their applications, speciality : Applied Algebra (Paris Saclay University - UVSQ, France). Master thesis (in french)

• 2024/ongoing: PhD in Computer science - Design and cryptanalysis of symmetryc primitives in odd characteristic (Rouen Normandie University, France).
